RECLAIMING MINDFULNESS
We need to go beyond critique and maybe edge towards experimental liminal spaces of transformation.
That requires a different kind of movement and thinking altogether.
It requires getting lost.

The seminar goes into self-awareness.
And self-exploration.
We, our inner being, are our investigation tool.
And object of investigation at the same time.
We generate knowledge and experience about and through meditation, contemplation, movement, reading and conversation.
We are accompanied and supported in this investigation by a curated program of Guided Meditations, Videolectures, Music, Poems and short texts.
And a great deal of silence.
The entire seminar will take place on the floor. We will sit or lie down.
For this purpose bring mats, pillows and blankets and make yourself cozy.
In case of individual need a chair can also be used.
We will listen. Reflect. Feel. Pausing.
Boredom will arise. Calm. Storm. Realization. Pain. Serenity.
We will listen. Dozing away. Read. Drinking tea. Sometimes talking. A lot of silence.
On this basis, we will explore the following focal points:
The potential of stillness, listening, slowness.
The way we think.
And what that has to do with social justice.
For this we will gather for three intensive seminars on the topics:
Observing ourselves in quietness
Observing our thinking
What social justice has to do with it

Due to Corona, there is a limited number of 12 participants.
At the seminar
The entire seminar will be held on the floor of the room.
We will set up our small camps for this.
That means all participants bring their own mat, pillow, blanket and make themselves cozy.
In case of individual need, a chair can also be used.
There will be a tea/coffee station. However, it is recommended to bring a large bottle of water to have it at the place. Small snacks like nuts, fruit, chocolate and so on - is also good.
There will be a lunch break. Self-catering.
Comfortable clothes! And warm enough. Warm socks. Warm sweaters. Warm blankets. We
will also have to air more often because of Corona.
We will also be taking notes on things every now and then. Please bring your notebooks or notepads. No computers or smartphones in operation during the seminar.
Everything else and your questions will then find place at the preliminary meeting.
By journeying into our inner realms
and moving into more unusual forms of behavior and communication, we will enter a space where we will meet the unexpected, and sometimes difficult.
It's good to be aware of this.
Self-care will be an important part of your cooperation in this self-exploration.
Participation implies your agreement to the structure and purpose of the seminar.
However, you do not have to do anything in this seminar that you do not want to do. If you need to, you can leave the room at any time.
There will be regular breaks, as well as rounds where things can be asked, orientation can be given, hearts can be shaken, and so on.
Material Input
The content inputs come in the form of text, poem, videotalks and lots of meditations.
The "guided mediations" are audio meditations that have been carefully selected and will guide us finely and meaningfully into and through our themes.
All guided meditations are in English, as are the video talks, and most texts and poems. The English is in most cases accessible and non academic vocabulary. A few of the texts and poems are in German.
Corona
In order to support a relaxed and safe coexistence,
a daily quick test must be taken for participation.
This can be done on site.
The 3G rule applies to participation.
A contact list will be kept.
The room is big enough for 12 people with spacing.
There will be regular airing.
